Return & Refund Policy

We are not able to accept returns of unwanted items or items ordered in error due to the perishable nature of our products.

If you are unhappy for any reason with your order please contact us at hello@trufflus.co.uk.

To consider any refund or replacement we would require that you return your order to us (at your expense) for inspection.  A refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion and we reserve the right to issue them in any manner that we deem appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 We will not process any order or dispatch it until they have been paid for in full. At the point they are delivered to you, you are deemed the owner of the product.
