Shipping Policy

All of our products our handmade so we need time to make sure that you are delighted when your chocolates arrive on your doorstep.  Whilst we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible please allow up to 10 working days (5 days for creating and 5 days for posting) for them to be dispatched (excluding weekends and public holiday). These delivery times will vary greatly around busier times such as Christmas, Valentine's day, Easter & Halloween.

Orders are shipped 48-hour Tracked Delivery with Royal Mail (UK only) and Royal Mail will aim to deliver these packages within 2 to 3 days according to their terms and conditions.

With 48-hour tracked delivery, both you and we can track the progress of your order, and you will be informed of the expected delivery date by email and/or text message.  Once we have posted your order into the Royal Mail network it is out of our control so please be patient and allow an additional couple of working days to account for any unforeseen delays.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Temperature Control:

In warmer weather, we may decide to delay dispatch to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition. Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any changes.  We may also decide to delay your order if it will be shipped over a weekend as we would not want your order sitting in transit.
