A rich, smooth 70% dark chocolate made with organic Ghanaian cacao and organic coconut sugar.
This bar is deep and cocoa-forward, with natural notes of caramelised molasses, roasted nuts and dark fudge. The coconut sugar brings a rounded, almost toffee-like sweetness that softens the intensity of the cacao without making the bar overly sweet.
Crafted from bean to bar in small batches, this chocolate is designed to be savoured slowly — a little piece goes a long way. Dark, full-bodied and smooth, but without the harsh bitterness often associated with high-cocoa chocolate.
